I know everyone has stressful times and there is so much going on in the world right now, it is important to remember the simple things that make us happy. It is important to remember to take some time and relax. I went for a swim in the lake wearing jeans, my Good Vibes tee-shirt, and tennis shoes. This video is different than anything else I have ever done and includes some relaxing music.
